Abstract:

Noble gases are considered "inert" although theoretical and experimental chemists have reported their limited reactivity with other elements, recently. In this paper, we consider the structures of HNgY…N2 and HNgY…HX by geometrical optimization, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and atoms in molecules (AIM) tools. MP2 calculations with aug-cc pVDZ, 6-311++g (2d, 2p) and DGDZVP basis sets were used to analyze the different systems. For the all compounds, total energy and relative stability are calculated. After the complexation, noble gas compounds are stable because of the presence of the heavy nuclei. The nucleus shielding is due to interaction HNgY…N2 (all forms) and HNgY…HX (structure 1, 2). The AIM results show remarkably good agreement with the NMR study results obtained on the HNgY…N2 compounds.

Abstract:

Disconnects and defects in care – such as duplication, poor integration between services or avoidable adverse events – are costly to the health system and potentially harmful to patients and families. For patients living with multiple chronic conditions, such disconnects can be particularly detrimental. Lean is an approach to optimizing value by reducing waste (eg, duplication and defects) and containing costs (eg, improving integration of services) as well as focusing on what matters to patients. Lean works particularly well to optimize existing processes and services. However, as the burden of chronic illness and frailty overtake episodic care needs, health systems require far greater complex, adaptive change. Such change ought to take into account outcomes in population health in addition to care experiences and costs (together, comprising the TRIPLE AIM); and involve patients and families in co-designing new models of care that better address complex, longer-term health needs.

Abstract:

Introduction: In order to manage a patient, doctors and medical students need to collect the patient's data and information in different ways, evaluate, interpret, analyze and reason clinically, and after diagnosis, take action to solve the patient's problem. For this purpose, it is necessary for them to go through the levels of knowledge in three categories: remembering, interpretation and problem solving. Materials & Methods: In this area, we intend to introduce a case-based replacement technique to our audiences. We have named this method TTT or (TRIPLE Taxonomy Tests / technique) or MTQ (Mixed Taxonomy Questions). Results: In this way, a case is designed with a number of questions and a number of options and blank spaces, based on three levels of "recall", "interpretation" and "problem solving". This form of test or case-based technique is used in self-learning exercises, self-assessment or official assessments Conclusion: This test helps us to improve the ability to use "thinking", clinical decision-making and solving problems in real patient cases.

Abstract:

McDonough’s perspective on healthcare reform in the US provides a clear, coherent analysis of the mix of access and delivery reforms in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) aka Obamacare. As noted by McDonough, this major reform bill is designed to expand access for health coverage that includes both prevention and treatment benefits among uninsured Americans. Additionally, this legislation includes several financial strategies (e.g. incentives and penalties) to improve care coordination and quality in the hospital and outpatient settings while also reducing healthcare spending and costs. This commentary is intended to discuss this mix of access and delivery reform in terms of its potential to achieve the TRIPLE AIM: population health, quality, and costs. Final remarks will include the role of the US federal government to reform the American private health industry together with that of an informed consumer.

Abstract:

Objective: People who have higher social health can more successfully deal with the challenges and ups and downs of playing key social roles and participate more in collective activities and prevent social deviations and anomalies. In this regard, foresight and the development of a forward-looking strategy model by the media can play an important role in promoting the social health of their audience (individuals).Method: This research has been done qualitatively and quantitatively. In the qualitative phase, content analysis and Q methods were used, and in the quantitative phase, factor analysis was used to analyze the Q method data. Results: The content analysis of the media in this study showed that the most media production in the field of social deviations with 576 cases and the lowest media production in the field of violence with 237 cases. The field of social quality with 485 and the field of social issues with 312 cases are in the second and third ranks. A small questionnaire was made and based on it, the desired model was designed using PLS software. Conclusion: This model showed that the function of media is effective in promoting social health of society and can have the greatest impact on improving quality of life, reducing violence, reducing social deviations and social issues.

Abstract:

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of positive parenting skills training in the quality of motherchild relationship, parenting self-efficacy, and affective control amongdivorcedmothers. Its method was quasi-experimental involving a pre-test, post-test, and a follow-up plan with the control group. The population included 30 divorcedmothers, in Karaj city in 2019 selected through convenience sampling. The mothers were randomly divided into two control and experimental groups with 15 participants each. The data were collected usingMother-Child Relationship Quality, Parenting Self-Efficacy and Affective Control Questionnaires. Then, the positive parenting skills program was performed for the experimental group within 8 team sessions, but no intervention was performed for the control group. Both groups participated in the pre-test, post-test and follow-up (with a one-month interval) plan. Based on variance analysis, the participants in the experimental group showed more affectivecontrol than those in the control group following the intervention and the quality of mother-child relationship was also improved in the experimental group. Moreover, positive parenting skills training led to maternal parenting self-efficacy. Therefore, it is concluded that this program can be used to help the divorced mothers to improve the quality of mother-child relationship, parenting self-efficacy, and affective control.
